Moda Living develops and operates build-to-rent neighbourhoods in cities including Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow, working with Apache Capital Partners. Part of the Yorkshire-based Caddick family of companies, it is run from Wetherby. In Leeds its New York Square scheme of 515 homes formed the first phase of the £300m SOYO neighbourhood.
