Newsletter subscribers
When you subscribe to our newsletter (The Leeds Business Briefing), we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. We use this to send you our email newsletter and occasional updates about Leeds Today.
Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email, or by contacting us.
Our newsletter is delivered via third party, which processes subscriber data on our behalf. Campaign Monitor records whether emails are opened and which links are clicked, which helps us understand what readers find useful.
Contact and enquiry forms
If you contact us — for example to submit a news story, enquire about partnership or advertising, or ask a question — we collect the details you provide (typically your name, email address, company and message). We use this information to respond to your enquiry.
