Scarborough Group International is a privately owned, family-run developer focused on regeneration and mixed-use schemes, founded by chairman Kevin McCabe. Its roots go back to County Properties, set up in Scarborough in 1976. In Leeds it is behind Thorpe Park, the business and leisure destination in the east of the city where its Leeds office is based.
