Goodbard House Leeds left with just two suites as Servoca Health and Academics relocates from The Headrow
Goodbard House Leeds is approaching full occupancy after healthcare and education recruitment agencies Servoca Health and Academics took the third floor of the Grade II-listed Infirmary Street building. The deal, brokered by CBRE’s office agency team in Leeds, leaves just two remaining suites of 3,900 and 4,200 sq ft available across two floors. Both Servoca businesses, which are part of Servoca PLC, relocated from St Andrews House on The Headrow to be closer to Leeds’ core business district.
Why Servoca Made the Move
Goodbard House sits on the corner of Infirmary Street and King Street, a three-minute walk from Leeds station. The move is part of a wider programme of strategic relocations for Servoca PLC. Jonathan Long, Managing Director of Academics, said Rushbond’s proactive approach to delivering the fit-out had reduced both costs and internal management time, and that the more central location significantly improves accessibility for staff, candidates, and clients. Long described the relocation as enabling a more efficient use of space, with a layout that better aligns to the company’s current working practices.

Rushbond’s Growing Leeds Portfolio
The letting is the latest deal in a building that Rushbond has steadily filled since refurbishing it. CBRE and Knight Frank act as joint agents on behalf of the landlord. The deal fits a broader pattern in the Leeds office market of occupiers moving from older stock into refurbished or higher-quality space closer to the station — a trend agents describe as a ‘flight to quality’. With only 8,100 sq ft remaining, Goodbard House Leeds is close to being fully let.
