It trades from North Lane in Headingley, opposite the Headingley Taps, with most of its homes in Headingley, Hyde Park and Burley. Its developments include Spinning Acres and Carlton Hill, and the operating company, Pickards (Leeds) Limited, was incorporated in 2012.
