Venture capital firm formed by the merger of Praetura Ventures and Par Equity, backing northern founders from an office in Leeds.
PXN Ventures is the venture capital arm of PXN Group, created in 2025 when Manchester’s Praetura Ventures merged with Edinburgh’s Par Equity. It backs founders from preseed to Series B and runs the PraeSeed programme alongside EIS, VCT and Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II mandates. The firm reports £760m under management and has a Leeds base at Bruntwood SciTech’s West Village.
