About Town Centre Securities
Town Centre Securities (TCS) is a property investment and car parking company based in Leeds. It says it has assets of more than £290m and more than 60 years of experience.
TCS designed and built the Merrion Centre in 1964 and still owns, develops and manages it. The centre is a 1 million sq ft mixed-use scheme in the Arena Quarter, beside the first direct bank arena, and TCS says it drew almost 9 million visitors in 2025.
The company creates mixed-use developments close to transport hubs in cities across England and Scotland, including Leeds, Manchester, London and Glasgow.
