Landsec is a FTSE 100 property company that owns and manages Trinity Leeds, the city centre shopping and leisure destination that opened in March 2013 with more than 120 stores. Its Trinity Kitchen street food hall is getting a £15m expansion, Landsec’s largest single investment in the centre since opening, which is due to open in summer 2027.
