Institute of Directors members in Leeds now have free access to coworking space at Yorkshire House on Greek Street, as part of a new national partnership between the IoD and Clockwise. The IoD workspace Leeds offer gives members complimentary hot-desking, breakout spaces, kitchen facilities, and refreshments at Clockwise’s city centre location, with 20% off bookable meeting rooms. Yorkshire House is one of 12 Clockwise sites across the UK included in the deal, which the IoD describes as a trial period designed to support modern working patterns.

What IoD Members Get at the IoD Workspace Leeds

The benefit is straightforward: IoD members can walk into Clockwise at Yorkshire House, present their name and IoD membership ID , and access the hot-desking areas at no charge. There is no need to pre-book for desk access. The included amenities are hot desking, breakout spaces, kitchen facilities, and complimentary refreshments on the same basis as Clockwise’s own members. Meeting rooms can be booked separately at a 20% discount on standard rates. Members can also request access to Clockwise’s member portal for networking by contacting Clockwise directly with their name, membership number, and email.

The IoD notes that access may be limited during busy periods and that the benefit is intended as a supplementary working environment, not a substitute for a member’s primary place of business. It is for individual member use only — guests, visitors, and additional colleagues do not receive free access, though they can pay for Clockwise facilities if space is available.
