Trinity Kitchen Leeds transforms into an evening fan zone for the FIFA 2026 World Cup with three giant screens, a new Northern Monk tap room, and space for 1,000 supporters
Trinity Kitchen Leeds is transforming into one of the city’s biggest World Cup venues this summer, creating an evening fan zone with three super-sized screens, space for up to 1,000 supporters, and a brand new bar from award-winning Leeds brewery Northern Monk. The venue will operate as normal during the day before converting into a football fan zone each evening, free to attend from the start of the tournament on 11 June. Fans can also book tables for England’s games at £10 per seat. The Northern Monk Trinity Tap will feature two seven-metre bars and 20 beer taps, marking the brewery’s first presence in Trinity Kitchen Leeds.
Why This Matters For Leeds
Trinity Kitchen seating 1,000 fans with three five-metre screens and a Northern Monk tap room is a significant commitment to the World Cup opportunity. This is the third World Cup preparation story Leeds Today has covered alongside Heineken’s pub investments and Apollo3D’s virtual tours, showing the scale of the opportunity Leeds hospitality is gearing up for.
What Trinity Kitchen Leeds Is Offering
The fan zone will have three 5m x 3m screens as the main viewing points, with additional screens around Trinity Kitchen. Live entertainment will include roaming brass bands and DJs for every England fixture. Eleven street food vendors will serve matchday meals and snacks, including Trinity Kitchen regulars Archie’s, Pho, Pizzaluxe, Rola Wala, and Thatziki, alongside new Caribbean street food offering Jerk Junction. Entry is free for all games, with £10 pre-booked guaranteed seats available for England matches. Josie Towning, food and beverage manager at Trinity Leeds, said the venue will be one of the biggest World Cup venues in Leeds and the aim is to turn every England fixture into a celebration.

“Our line-up of street food vendors will serve bold flavours from around the world, while the all-new Northern Monk Trinity Tap will pour award-winning craft beers across 20 taps, making Trinity Kitchen the ultimate place to eat, drink and experience every unforgettable World Cup moment.”
— Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager, Trinity Leeds
Northern Monk’s First Trinity Kitchen Presence
The Northern Monk Trinity Tap is a new addition for the brewery, which has not previously operated in Trinity Kitchen. Northern Monk is one of Leeds’ most successful independent breweries, known for its Refectory bar on Marshall Street and collaborations with brands across the city. For Trinity Leeds, the combination of Northern Monk’s brand, 1,000-person capacity, and the World Cup calendar creates a compelling evening offer that positions the shopping centre as a destination venue rather than just a retail space. Bookings for England games are available at football-fanzone.com.
