Bowmer + Kirkland Leeds office is the contractor’s tenth UK base, backed by over £140m of live city centre work

Tier one contractor Bowmer + Kirkland has opened a new office in Leeds, making it the company’s tenth regional base across the UK. The Derbyshire-headquartered group delivers major build-to-rent schemes at Whitehall Riverside and Kirkstall Road for developer Glenbrook Properties. The company is also working on projects across Yorkshire for the Department for Education and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation.

Who’s Leading the Bowmer + Kirkland Leeds Office

The Leeds operation is led by two senior figures from the region’s leadership team. Construction Director Andy Hurcomb brings more than 40 years of experience delivering projects in Yorkshire, including the Leeds LIFT programme and multiple developments for the University of Leeds.
