New openings Leeds spring 2026: Dishoom, Uniqlo, Lane7, and Madre all confirmed for the city centre
Four significant new openings Leeds businesses and residents have been waiting for are confirmed for spring 2026. What’s striking isn’t just the names — Dishoom, Uniqlo, Lane7, and Madre — but the scale of investment behind them, with millions of pounds being committed to city centre premises by national and international operators..
What’s Opening and Where

Why this matters for Leeds
The scale of the commitments is interesting: Dishoom taking 8,000 sq ft on a Grade II-listed building, Uniqlo opening nearly 12,000 sq ft on Briggate, and Lane7 filling 23,000 sq ft at Trinity Leeds. For landlords, developers, and professional services firms in Leeds, this is evidence of occupier demand.![]()
