The British Aerosol Manufacturers’ Association brings Innovation Day 2026 to the Royal Armouries Museum on 15 April, featuring Leeds Beckett University business students pitching innovation ideas to industry delegates.
The event, sponsored by contract manufacturer JagoPro, includes a competitive element where students present proposals tackling competitiveness, resilience and sustainability challenges. Delegates vote for the winning idea on the day.
JagoPro’s leadership team opens the programme: Jagoda Kondziałka (commercial director), Ewa Kubis-Jarzec (R&D director), and Patrycja Prząda (R&D innovation and project team lead).
JagoPro Chief Executive Joanna Jaśko said:
“The Innovation Day is always a pleasure for us to participate in at JagoPro. This year, we’re looking forward to opening the programme by highlighting how, as an industrial and technical organisation, we have exceeded traditional market boundaries and established a business environment where women are not only well represented but take a leading role in driving meaningful impact.”
What Delegates Will Hear
Sessions cover product filling technology advances, emissions reduction, factory performance transformation, data-driven design and digital innovation for aluminium and tinplate aerosols. Presentations include low-carbon propellant alternatives and lightweight actuators reducing plastic waste.
BAMA chief executive Patrick Heskins said:
“Their perspectives and lived experiences offer a unique outlook which every innovation journey benefits from. I can think of no better platform than the Innovation Day, where our industry comes together to exchange and celebrate new approaches and ideas,”
BAMA members can attend an exclusive “Future of Aerosols: Futures & Foresight” workshop on 16 April, delivered with the Retail Institute, using foresight-based methods to help organisations anticipate industry developments.
