The merger brings together Vensis’ established client base—including McCain Foods, OneSubsea, Serco, Kent County Council and Cranswick Country Foods—with Decodifi’s AI-first development framework that dramatically reduces labour-intensive tasks.

Decodifi, based at North Lane House in Headingley with 25 years’ combined team experience, has evolved from low-code origins into a specialist AI-native developer, building minimum viable products for healthtech startup Life Dash and digitally transforming logistics provider TFS Express.
