Leeds City Council has extended its highways and transport services partnership with global engineering consultancy WSP for a further four years, continuing a collaboration that has shaped the city’s infrastructure development since 2003.
The renewed agreement maintains WSP’s role delivering technical and consultancy services across transport policy, traffic management, highways maintenance, street lighting, civil engineering, flood risk management and bridge inspections—expertise that supports the Leeds economy through reliable transport networks and infrastructure investment.
