One Touch Leeds signs biggest partnership yet as Millie AI voice system reaches transatlantic food delivery market
Leeds voice AI startup One Touch Leeds has signed a partnership with Foodhub for Business that will make its Millie AI technology available across 30,000 restaurant and takeaway venues in the UK and the US. It is the company’s largest deal to date and follows partnerships with OpenTable and Danish booking platform Resos in the past six months. One Touch was founded in Leeds in 2023 by Craig Pollock and David Downs, and has gone from a £250,000 seed round to transatlantic partnerships in under two years.
From Leeds Restaurants to 30,000 Venues
Millie AI is a voice automation system that answers restaurant phone calls around the clock, handling table bookings, food delivery orders, and customer enquiries using natural language processing. The technology started in Yorkshire restaurants, Wakefield’s Qubana was an early adopter, and has scaled rapidly through platform partnerships rather than venue-by-venue sales. The Foodhub deal is the third major integration in quick succession: One Touch Leeds partnered with Halifax-based Togo (400+ venues) in late 2025, integrated with OpenTable across the UK, US, Canada, Dubai, and Australia in December 2025, and signed with Resos (3,000 venues worldwide) in March 2026. Foodhub processed 63 million orders across its network last year.
The company has also achieved SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification, the international data security standards that larger partners typically require before integrating third-party technology into their platforms. Lumina Intelligence values the total UK food delivery market at £14.3 billion.
“The scale of this partnership with Foodhub for Business is a testament to the power and reliability of Millie AI. This is a massive step forward in our growth coming off the back of recent agreements with OpenTable and Resos. We are well positioned to lead the transition toward automated voice commerce in the food delivery market.”
— Craig Pollock, Director, One Touch
The Scaling Story
One Touch’s growth trajectory is worth noting for what it says about scaling a Leeds tech business through partnerships. One Touch has pursued integrations with existing booking and ordering platforms, each partnership instantly multiplying the number of venues with access to Millie AI. The Foodhub deal alone opens a potential 30,000 venues across two countries, a significant leap from the company’s original target of 5,000 UK restaurants by end of 2026. The company is based at Upper Wortley Business Centre in south west Leeds.
Why this matters for Leeds
One Touch is a good example of the kind of tech startup Leeds needs: founded in the city in 2023, The company’s strategy of integrating with existing platforms like OpenTable, Resos, and now Foodhub gives it a distribution model that bypasses the usual challenges of selling to individual restaurants. For Leeds’ tech sector, it’s a scaling playbook worth watching.![]()
