The Bombay-inspired restaurant group is taking over the former Flannels unit at 68–78 Vicar Lane, between Victoria Gate and Victoria Quarter. The 8,000 sq ft site spans two floors in a Grade II-listed building owned by AIM-listed Leeds property company Town Centre Securities. Uniqlo — Briggate — Spring

The Japanese retailer’s first Leeds store will occupy 11,840 sq ft across two floors on Briggate, in the building formerly home to House of Fraser. Lane7 — Trinity Leeds — Late Spring

Madre Leeds

Madre — Wellington Place — Spring

The 100-cover Mexican restaurant from O G Hospitality will open at Wellington Place, following the arrival of its sister venue Salon Madre on Wellington Street in February.
