Picard Leeds launches at a packed Everyman Cinema event as founder Kyle Maiden unveils an AI-powered project management platform built on his patent-pending H.U.M.A.N Framework

Leeds Today was at the Everyman Cinema on Friday evening as Kyle Maiden launched Picard, a new AI-powered project management platform designed to replace the spreadsheets, PowerPoint board packs, and manual reporting that consume hours of project managers’ time every week. The room was packed as Maiden ran through a live demo of the product, which is built on his patent-pending H.U.M.A.N Framework, a CPD-accredited methodology for IT delivery he developed last year. Picard is now live and offering free early adopter access: six months free for independent contractors and three months free for organisations wanting to test the platform.

From Framework to Product

Maiden told Leeds Today that Picard grew out of the H.U.M.A.N Framework, a structured methodology for IT delivery he wrote last year that was well received locally. He needed a home for it, somewhere people could use the framework with no barriers to entry. The result is a platform that operationalises the methodology into daily practice for every project manager, on every project, without adding overhead. The framework’s five stages; Hear and Align, Understand and Architect, Map and Mobilise, Assess and Analyse, Navigate and Deliver — are built into the product’s workflow.
