Hatch lands always-on PR and influencer brief for The Ivy Collection’s portfolio
Leeds based agency, Hatch has been appointed by The Ivy Collection to lead always-on PR, influencer, and launch activity across its 10 brasseries in the North of England, Midlands, and Scotland.
It’s a significant win for the Leeds-based agency, which has built a strong reputation in hospitality communications over the past 17 years. Hatch’s client list in the sector includes San Carlo, Six by Nico, Piccolino, Restaurant Bar & Grill, Hyatt, RadissonRED, and Hotel Indigot. The scope of the Ivy brief — covering PR, influencer, partnerships, experiential, and launch activity on a year-round basis — reflects the breadth of service Hatch now offers.

Hatch has previously worked with The Ivy Collection on the launch of its Leeds and York brasseries. However, this appointment significantly expands the scope across the full northern portfolio. The Ivy Collection said it was specifically looking for an agency with embedded regional knowledge and influence within northern hospitality.
Helen Simpson, performance and development director at Hatch, commented;
“We’ve a proven track record working with industry-leading hospitality brands nationwide and we look forward to working with The Ivy team to raise the brand’s profile regionally and build on its reputation for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
“It’s a privilege to be appointed by an iconic British brand with such strong cultural heritage to lead their always-on PR, influencer and launch strategies across the North, Midlands and Scotland.”
Kate Cooper, Restaurant Operating Officer, The Ivy Collection (North), adds;
“We have been looking for an agency with embedded regional knowledge and influence within northern hospitality to support us to activate The Ivy brand in a meaningful way. Hatch’s hospitality expertise, market knowledge and insight-led creativity really stood out to us, and we have a pre-established relationship with the Hatch team having worked together on the launch of The Ivy brasseries in Leeds and York previously”.
Why this matters for Leeds
Hatch beating agencies from across the country to land a year-round brief from The Ivy Collection demonstrates that Leeds agencies can compete at a national level in hospitality marketing. More broadly, it’s a reminder that the city’s food and drink scene is generating commercial opportunities beyond the restaurants themselves — in the agencies, PR firms, and creative businesses that support them.![]()
